Day 5: Seattle Show
It is now our third and final day in Seattle. Our time here has been filled with exploration and excitement. Tonight we are headed to Jet City Improv for our first show of tour, but first, here's an update on our adventures from yesterday:
Our day began with a ride on Seattle's light rail into the downtown area. We spent our day walking around, seeing the sights, including the Space needle, Pike's Place Market, and all the great things Seattle has to offer. It was the first day of the tour we didn't have to be in the car for 10 hours! It was great to stretch our legs all day with no worry about getting to the next stop.
Today we are laying low before tonight's show at Jet City Improv in the university district of Seattle. This show will be the first of three in three nights so it's important that we rest our voices and get plenty of rest. These shows take a lot out of us so we want to be fully prepared to give each city as much energy and excitement as the last. Tonight's show will be our first headlining set outside of the midwest. If you would have told me back in May when Glassworks started that we'd be headlining in Seattle, I would have laughed. I'm so happy to be sharing this wonderful adventure with my two best friends.
Tomorrow morning we are on the move again with a short drive north to Bellingham, Washington where we'll be performing at Western Washington University! Below are some pictures and videos from our day yesterday!
