Day 16: Breakfast for Dinner Finale in DENVER
Tonight is a very big night for our team. At 6pm (MST) we have our performance at the Impulse Theater in Denver, CO as a part of the 7th annual Denver Improv Festival! This is also our debut in Colorado and the final show of our Breakfast for Dinner Tour! Over two weeks ago we set forth from Eau Claire and have since played in ten different cities, most of them being with our dear friends Sayth (Eric Wells) and Wealthy Relative (Dan Forke). Though they have not joined us on our venture to Colorado, the two souls still sit presently in our hearts.
Last night was packed (once again) with an incredible amount of talented improvisers from across the nation. We had a chance to make friends with other teams like the Switch Committee from iO Chicago and RiP! from Colorado Springs. Names were also exchanged with the directors of the three improv theaters in Denver as well as the festival organizers here at the Denver Improv Fest. Everyone is really interested when they hear that our team is from Eau Claire, WI and half of the people (kind of) know where it is! I've also done my best to encourage all of the teams to be a part of the Eau Claire Improv Fest in December.
Anyways, tonight is the night! If you know anyone in the Denver area, have them skidaddle on over to the Impulse Theater at 6pm (MST)! We'll post pictures shortly.
